A slow site costs enquiries and sales, and it is usually slow for a few specific reasons. We find those reasons and fix them, rather than adding another speed plugin.
The problem
Most slow sites have the same handful of problems: oversized images, too many third-party scripts, render-blocking fonts and styles, or slow server responses. Speed plugins can help, but often hide one problem while adding another.
We measure with lab tools and real-user data where available, fix the biggest causes first and measure again. We will not promise a particular score, because scores depend on things outside our control.
