Mobile apps
Get the app working again, and back in the store.
Your app exists. It just has a crash on one Android version, a rejected build sitting in App Store Connect, or one feature nobody has had time to finish.
The problem
Mobile apps break in specific ways: an SDK update, a new OS version, a store policy change or an expired certificate. The original developer has moved on and the build no longer runs on anyone’s machine.
We get the project building again, fix the defined problem and get a release through review. If you need a new app from scratch with a long feature list, that is bigger than us and we will say so.
Sound familiar?
- Apple or Google rejected an update and the reason is unclear.
- The app crashes on a particular device or OS version.
- The project will not build after an Expo, React Native or Flutter upgrade.
- You need one feature added, such as push notifications or a new screen.
- A mobile-friendly web app or PWA would do the job instead of a native app.
What you get
- Diagnosis of the crash, build failure or rejection in plain English
- The fix, tested on real or emulated devices for both platforms where relevant
- A release build submitted through your developer accounts
- Notes on dependencies that will need attention soon
What this isn’t
- Full new app builds with large feature lists
- Games and graphics-heavy apps
- Publishing under our developer accounts instead of yours
Timeframe
Most fixes in 3–10 business days, plus store review time.
Technologies
How the job runs
- 01
Describe what is stuck
Answer a few questions in the scoping agent. It takes about three minutes and turns your answers into a plain-English brief.
- 02
Get a straight answer
Within one business day, a developer replies with a fixed price, a paid diagnostic, one question, or an honest “not us” and a referral.
- 03
We fix it
Work starts when you approve. You get the fix, a short note on what changed and the access handed back.
Scoping agent
Tell us what’s stuck.
Two minutes of guided questions. You get a plain-English brief, and a developer replies within one business day.
- Guided questions, not an AI chatbot
- A person reviews every brief
- Never asks for passwords or keys
No account. No sales script. Never asks for passwords or keys.
Questions
Can you guarantee the store will approve it?
No one can. We fix the issues in the rejection notice, check against the current guidelines and explain anything that is a judgement call by the reviewer.
Do you need our Apple or Google login?
No. Invite us to your developer team with the role needed, and remove the access when the job is done.
Should this be a native app at all?
Sometimes a fast mobile web app or PWA does the job for less. We will tell you if we think that is the case.
