AI automation & integration

Useful AI for the boring parts of the job.

Someone spends hours sorting enquiries, reading attachments or writing the same reply. A language model can do a first pass on that work. A person should still check it.

The problem

A lot of AI projects start with the tool and go looking for a problem. The result is a chatbot nobody uses or an automation that is confidently wrong in front of customers.

We start with one repetitive task, test whether AI does it well enough on your real examples, and build it with a review step where mistakes would matter. If a simple rule or an ordinary integration would do the job better, we will tell you.

Sound familiar?

  • Website or email enquiries need sorting and routing to the right person.
  • Long inbound emails or tickets need a short summary before someone reads them.
  • Staff write similar replies all day and want a draft to edit, not a blank page.
  • Invoices, forms or PDFs need key fields pulled out into a system.
  • Staff need answers from your own documents and policies, with sources shown.

What you get

  • A short feasibility test on a sample of your real data
  • The automation, connected to your inbox, CRM or tools
  • A human review step wherever an error would reach a customer
  • Logging, cost limits and a simple way to switch it off
  • Plain-language notes on what it does well and where it falls short

What this isn’t

  • Automated decisions on credit, insurance, health, employment or legal matters
  • Customer-facing chatbots with no human fallback
  • Training custom models from scratch

Price

From $900. Most AI automation jobs land between $900 and $4,000.

How the job runs

  1. 01

    Describe what is stuck

Answer a few questions in the scoping agent. It takes about three minutes and turns your answers into a plain-English brief.

  2. 02

    Get a straight answer

Within one business day, a developer replies with a fixed price, a paid diagnostic, one question, or an honest “not us” and a referral.

  3. 03

    We fix it

Work starts when you approve. You get the fix, a short note on what changed and the access handed back.

Scoping agent

Tell us what’s stuck.

Two minutes of guided questions. You get a plain-English brief, and a developer replies within one business day.

  • Guided questions, not an AI chatbot
  • A person reviews every brief
  • Never asks for passwords or keys

Questions

Will AI replace the person doing this job?

For the work we take on, no. It takes the first pass off their plate so they can spend time on the parts that need judgement.

What about privacy and our data?

We choose providers and settings that suit the data involved, keep what is sent to a model to a minimum and document where data goes. Sensitive data may rule some options out.

How do we know it works?

We test on a sample of your real examples before building and show you where it got things right and wrong. If accuracy is not good enough, we stop there.

When is AI a bad fit?

When mistakes are costly and hard to spot, when a simple rule would do, or when the decision is regulated. We will say so rather than build it anyway.
