Bug fixes
Fix the bug. Skip the agency.
One thing is broken and it is costing you customers or time. You need it found and fixed properly, not a proposal and a kick-off meeting.
The problem
Forms stop sending. Checkouts fail for one payment method. A plugin update breaks the menu on mobile. A page that worked last month now throws an error. These are small problems with real costs, and they are often too small for a studio to prioritise.
We diagnose the cause, fix it at the source rather than patching the symptom, and tell you what else is likely to break for the same reason.
Sound familiar?
- A contact or quote form has stopped sending, or sends to the wrong place.
- Something broke after an update, migration or hosting change.
- A page displays incorrectly on mobile or in one browser.
- You have a short list of small changes your previous developer never finished.
- Tracking, pixels or analytics stopped recording.
What you get
- Root-cause diagnosis in plain English
- The fix, tested on the affected devices and browsers
- A note on related risks found along the way
- Changes committed or deployed the way your site is already managed
What this isn’t
- Open-ended retainers billed by the hour
- Redesigns presented as bug fixes
- Work on sites you do not own or control
Timeframe
Most fixes are completed in 1–5 business days. Live outages are triaged first.

How the job runs
- 01
Describe what is stuck
Answer a few questions in the scoping agent. It takes about three minutes and turns your answers into a plain-English brief.
- 02
Get a straight answer
Within one business day, a developer replies with a fixed price, a paid diagnostic, one question, or an honest “not us” and a referral.
- 03
We fix it
Work starts when you approve. You get the fix, a short note on what changed and the access handed back.
Scoping agent
Tell us what’s stuck.
Two minutes of guided questions. You get a plain-English brief, and a developer replies within one business day.
- Guided questions, not an AI chatbot
- A person reviews every brief
- Never asks for passwords or keys
No account. No sales script. Never asks for passwords or keys.
Questions
What if you cannot find the cause?
If a defined fix turns out to be something larger, we stop, explain what we found and quote the real job before going further. You do not pay for a fix that did not happen.
Can you fix things on any platform?
Most modern web stacks, yes. If a platform is outside what we can do well, we say so up front and suggest someone better suited.
My site is down right now. Can you help?
Mark the enquiry as urgent in the scoping agent. Urgent outages are flagged separately and looked at before ordinary briefs.
