What we collect
When you submit a brief or contact form we collect the answers you give, your name, email, organisation, optional phone, the page you arrived on, campaign parameters in that page’s address (such as utm_source) and the time of submission. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, passwords, API keys or other secrets.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and understand which pages and channels lead to enquiries. We do not add you to marketing emails without separate consent.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in [DECISION: lead storage / CRM provider and location] and delivered to hello@scipio.com.au. Analytics, if enabled, receive page and event data without names, emails or brief contents.
How long
Enquiries are kept for 24 months unless they become client work, which is kept for business record requirements.
