Mailchimp
Every signup, in the right audience, with the right tags.
A signup form that looks fine can still lose subscribers. We make sure each person lands in Mailchimp where you expect them, and only once.
The problem
Subscribers sign up and never appear. Double opt-in emails go to spam or never send. Tags from the website do not apply, so the welcome sequence starts for the wrong people. Store data stops syncing and abandoned-cart emails go quiet.
Most of these come down to a form posting to the wrong place, a field mismatch or an expired connection. We trace the path from your site to your audience, fix what is broken and test it with real signups.

Questions
Is double opt-in required in Australia?
Not always. The Spam Act requires consent, and double opt-in is a simple way to show it. We set up what fits your situation and can explain the options, but this is not legal advice.
Do you need our Mailchimp login?
No. Invite us as a user with the right role, or create an API key for the job and revoke it afterwards.
Can you move us off Mailchimp?
Small, clean migrations are possible. We will look at your audience and automations first and tell you honestly whether it fits a small job.
