Real estate · VaultRE
VaultRE listings, current on your website.
When VaultRE and your website disagree, buyers see the wrong thing. We fix the connection so the site keeps up and leads come back into VaultRE.
The problem
Many agency sites draw listings from VaultRE through an API connection or feed. If credentials lapse, a scheduled import stops or the site’s plugin is outdated, listings stop updating while VaultRE itself looks fine.
Website enquiries frequently end up in email rather than the CRM. Where VaultRE provides API access for your agency, we can send forms back in as contacts and enquiries. Access usually requires the agency to request API credentials from VaultRE.
Before we start
- API or feed access is requested by your agency from VaultRE
- Credentials go into your hosting, never through this website
- We test against real listings on a staging site first
- You get a note on how the sync works and how to pause it

VaultRE / Straight answers
Before you ask.
Are you a VaultRE partner?
No. We are independent and work with the access VaultRE provides to your agency.
How long does a feed fix take?
Many are a few business days once access is sorted. Getting credentials from the vendor can take longer than the fix.
Do you need our VaultRE login?
No. Never send passwords. API credentials requested by the agency are the usual route.
