ListOnce listings, live on your own site.

You list once in ListOnce. Your website should then update on its own, with enquiries landing in the right place.

The problem

Smaller agencies often use ListOnce to push listings to the portals, while their own website is maintained separately. That means double handling, and the agency site falls behind the portals.

Where ListOnce provides a feed or API access for your account, we can bring listings onto your website automatically and keep sold and leased properties accurate. We confirm what access is available with you before quoting, as it depends on the vendor and your plan.

Before we start

  • API or feed access is requested by your agency from ListOnce
  • Credentials go into your hosting, never through this website
  • We test against real listings on a staging site first
  • You get a note on how the sync works and how to pause it

ListOnce jobs we do

  • Connect ListOnce listings to your site

Display current listings on your website from the ListOnce data.

  • Fix outdated or missing listings

Work out why the site is not matching ListOnce and repair the sync.

  • Sold and leased results

Show recent results so vendors can see your track record.

  • Enquiry forms that reach the right agent

Route listing enquiries to the listing agent with the property details attached.

ListOnce / Straight answers

Before you ask.

Are you affiliated with ListOnce?

No. We are an independent developer working with the access ListOnce makes available to your agency.

Can enquiries go back into ListOnce?

It depends on what ListOnce supports for your account. If it does not, we route them cleanly to email or another CRM instead.

What platform does our website need to be on?

Most common platforms work, including WordPress. We check your current site before recommending any change.
